City Arcade Worcester

We have recently started works at City Arcade, Worcester following a successful competitive tender process with property and project managers CBRE. The works involve the cleaning and redecoration of the arcade, atrium and facades of adjoining properties. Works also include lighting repairs and renewals, and the stripout of a vacant shop unit in the arcade. The 10 week programme will see works completed just in time for Christmas. This challenging project taking place in a busy shopping arcade includes extensive out of hours working ensuring the arcade remains fully operational throughout with the health and safety of the general public a top priority. The project is being contract managed by Hayden Shackell and site managed by Lee Green.
