St Andrews Trading Estate

We are currently setting up site at St Andrews Trading Estate, Avonmouth following a successful competitive tender process with project managers Paragon Building Consultancy, London. We are carrying out works on the behalf of Caisson Investment Management. The works involve the refurbishment of four warehouse units on the estate along with the over sheeting of twelve of the warehouse unit roofs. With eight of the warehouse units currently occupied there are a number of logistical challenges ahead. The 22 weeks programme will see works completed in March 2016 and involves weekend and night time working in order to minimise the impact on tenants in situ. The project is being contract managed by Mark Harvey and site managed by John Hoskins.
