Wilverley Trading Estate, Bristol

We are now on site at Wilverley Trading Estate, Brislington carrying out the refurbishment of a 6,500 sq ft industrial / trade counter unit for Cushman and Wakefiled on behalf of DTZ Investors. The project involves the full replacement of the asbestos roof, demolition, remodel and full refurbishment of the warehouse, office, w.c facilities and creation of trade counter space. Works have been on site circa 5 weeks and are due to complete at the end of October. The project is being contract managed by Mark Harvey and site manged by Mike Lambert.
