Units 5-6 Market Side Trading Estate, Bristol

As part of our rapidly increasing experience of refurbishing industrial properties across the region we have been instructed to carry out the refurbishment of Units 5-6 Market Side Trading Estate in St Phillips, Bristol by local surveying practice Hartnell Taylor Cook. The works involve the refurbishment of a 9,480 sq.ft industrial unit with office content. The contract was competitively tendered earlier this year with the tenants expectant vacation of the premises. The 10 week programme will see works completed December 2017. The project is being contract managed by Mark Harvey and site managed by Shaun White.
