21CBS Secures Refurbishment Works at University of Bristol HH Wills Physics Laboratory

Through a competitive tender process 21CBS has successfully secured the refurbishment of a laboratory and the sub division of a work shop at University of Bristol HH Wills Physics Laboratory on Tyndall Avenue.

The contract starting June 2015 will be carried out over a period of 9 weeks and will involve close liaison with the buildings occupants as the building will remain live throughout the contract period. Works include strip out, the erection of a sub dividing block work wall, floor screeding, new plaster finishes to all walls, redecoration, suspended ceilings, vinyl floor finishes and associated M&E works.

The client has also advised that a number of additional office and laboratory refurbishments within the same area of the building will be added to the contract under negotiation.

Works will be contract managed my Mark Harvey and site managed by Neil Beirn.
