21CBS on Site at Bristol Distribution Park

We have started Landlord works at Unit 1 Bristol Distribution Park, Aztec West. The works were instructed by consultants Jones Lang LaSalle following our assistance with budget costs for the landlord at the pre-letting stage. The project was then tendered and we were successful. The 65,000 sq.ft distribution unit has been let to DHL who are keen to occupy at the earliest opportunity.

The fast track 12 week programme includes replacement roof lights and gutter linings, extensive yard remodelling works and the formation and installation of 5no. additional sectional shutter doors.

Works are being contracted managed by Mark Harvey and site managed by Mike Lambert.
