21CBS on Site at University of Bristol School of Bio Medicine

Following a successful competitive tender process we have been awarded a large laboratory refurbishment for the School of Bio Medicine at the University of Bristol. We started on site on the 28^th September 2015. The 12 weeks project is due to be completed in December 2015.

The works involve strip out, demolitions and remodelling of the approximate 500 sq.m floor plate. The new fit out includes M&E works, partitioning, suspended ceilings, decorations, secondary glazing, flooring and specialist lab benching.

We are well versed in carrying out fast track refurbishment works for the University of Bristol across its live precinct and the challenges it offers. Works are being contracted managed by Mark Harvey and site managed by Lee Ward.
