21CBS on site at Fore Street Trowbridge

We recently received instruction from consultants Sanderson Weatherall on behalf of Trowbridge landlord H.J.Knee following a competitive tender process.

The works started on site on the 14^th September 2015 and involved the extensive strip out and sub division of the two story 20,000 sq.ft retail unit. The unit will be split into two ground floor retail units and a first floor gym. The first floor gym works include a double height opening with new story curtain walled frontage for access.

The works have also involved the splitting of services, fire alarm installation and general upgrades to the buildings facilities.

The fast track 10 week programme has been of the up most importance and continues to be so throughout the project with the landlords incoming tenant occupation dates to meet. For this reason the works have been phased with phase one being handed over in just three weeks from starting on site.
