Store Closures

We continue this month to work closely with one of our national retail clients carrying out store closures works as part of the groups restructuring plans. We are in Leicester on a retail park and Wigan on a main high street soft stripping two units circa 8,000 sq.ft and 4,000 sq.ft respectively prior to leases being surrendered to the landlords. We have become well versed in these works over recent years carrying out soft strip and full shell and core strip outs across the UK including Scotland. Sites have varied from small high street units, to retail parks and train stations. Works are contract managed by our head of small works and maintenance Lee Elliott.
