Bath Office Refurbishment

On Monday we began to set site up in central Bath on our latest office refurbishment project. The works were successfully awarded following a successful tender process with surveyors and building consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of M&G. The works on site will consist of the refurbishment of a 6,000 sq.ft vacant upper floor office space, external fabric and reroofing works. The 16 week project comes with the logistical challenges of a busy historic city centre location involving close liaison with Bath and North East Somerset Council. The project is being contract managed by Mark Harvey and site managed by Nick Yiasoumi.
