Welcome to our newest Team Members

We are very pleased to announce a number of new appointments to the team here at 21CBS.

Richard Pearse and Hayden Shackell have joined us as Contracts Managers and both come with over 20 years’ experience each in refurbishment contracts in Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Residential Sectors.

Jerry Dix has joined us as Senior Estimator. Jerry has over 35 years construction industry experience in refurbishment and new build contracts across Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential Sectors tendering projects up to £2m in value.

We very much look forward to working with our new members of the team who are already settling well.
