21CBS Start on Site at Bristol Landmark The Victoria Rooms

On the 6^th July 2015 21CBS started works on Site at Bristol Landmark The Victoria Rooms, Queens Road, Clifton. The building is home to University of Bristol’s Department of Music.

The project within this Grade II* listed building was secured through a competitive tender process and will take 8 weeks to complete. There are various critical dates within the programme to meet in order to facilitate a staged handover.

Works include strip out, new plaster finishes, decorations, floor coverings along with associated M&E within the performance hall, bar area, corridors and porters lodge.

Works are being site managed by Lee Ward.
