21CBS awarded refurbishment works at Tadley Court School

We have recently started on site at Tadley Court School near Basingstoke. The 12 week project started in January 2016 and works are due to complete in March. The works were awarded following a successful tendered process with long standing client, Priory Group.

Works involve the full refurbishment of a 14 ensuite bedroom accommodation block including some remodelling, extensive M&E replacement, external ground and fenestration works. As a live school this is a particularly sensitive site and will see works being completed over two phases including critical move dates for pupils upon completion of each phase.

We have been working with Priory Group for over 10 years through a variety of negotiated and tendered contracts. We have a strong track record at delivering works across a variety of the groups services, from Private hospitals, to specialist care homes and Schools.

The project will be managed by Lee Ward. We look forward to delivering this project for the Priory Group.
