1-2 Greenbridge Trading Estate, Swindon

In late September we began work at Green Bridge Trading Estate in Swindon on the instruction of our regular client JLL Bristol on behalf of Bristol based Urbina Ltd. The project involves the full refurbishment of Unit 1 and part refurbishment of currently occupied Unit 2. Works include demolitions, remodelling, cladding, roofing, M&E and external ground works. The project is due to complete late December 2017, is being contract managed by Richard Pearce and site managed by Nick Yiasoumi.
