Point Four Trading Estate

We have started on site with our second project for new clients Pargon Building Consultancy. The works involve the refurbishment of a 6,000 sq.ft industrial unit with office at Point Four Trading Estate in Avonmouth, Bristol. The contract was negotiated following us assisting Paragon with costs enabling them to successfully negotiate a mutually acceptable dilapidations settlement on behalf of the landlords, Palace Capital. The 6 week programme will see works completed in February 2016. The project is being contract managed by Mark Harvey and site managed by Mike Lambert.
