Refurbishment at Bristol Eye Hospital

Following a competitive tender process, we carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of parts of Levels 1 & 2 of the old Bristol Eye Bank.

Prior to this, we had completed the enabling works package, including extensive strip out of the heavily fitted-out space, leaving two-floor plates.

The scope of works included the installation of a new suspended ceiling alongside the upgrade of new electrical and mechanical services, including new lighting, power, TMV and WCs. Finishes included carpentry, decorations and floor coverings.
